St. Michael's Summer Camp is a day and night resident camp for boys ages 7-12. It has been in operation since 1962 and is accredited by the American Camping Association. Sessions are one week long, from Sunday afternoon to Saturday afternoon, extending from early July to early August.
With a wide variety of activities, ranging from classic team sports to tarantula hunting to epic battles that determine the fate of the entire universe, St. Michael's Summer Camp is truly "Where All Boys Have Fun!!!" To see just a few of these activities, view the activities page.
While no two days are alike at St. Michael’s Summer Camp, a typical one goes something like this:
6:30 AM Rise
7:00 AM Holy Mass
7:45 AM Flag Salute and Morning Exercises
8:00 AM Breakfast
8:45 AM “Bunk Inspection”
9:00 AM Various Activities
11:50 AM Lunch
12:35 PM “Rest Lodge”
2:00 PM Various Activities
4:45 PM Rosary
5:30 PM Flag Salute, Supper
6:05 PM Catechism
7:00 PM All Camp Evening Activity
8:00 PM Campfire!
9:30 PM Bedtime
There are exceptions for the Big Hike, Water Warz, etc.
