This type of unrestricted donation gives the school’s administration the freedom to apply it where it is most needed. Common types of unrestricted gifts are:
- Annual Giving – St. Michael’s families, alumni, and friends are invited every year to support the current educational program with a financial gift. This enables St. Michael’s to provide an exceptional moral and intellectual formation program which is much greater than the tuition income affords.
- Memorials & Tributes
- Memorial Gifts are a thoughtful way to honor the life of a friend or relative while providing meaningful support.
- Tribute Gifts celebrate a special occasion or accomplishment of a family member, friend or colleague. It is increasingly popular to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays with tribute gifts.
If you want us to acknowledge your memorial or tribute gift (not the amount) to the
honoree’s family, please include the appropriate name and address in the COMMENTS box on our secure donation page. In the case of a deceased honoree, please also include the name(s) and address of the family member(s) to whom you would like an acknowledgement sent, as well as their relationship to the deceased.
A gift given in the spirit of generosity and love of neighbor is showered with many graces both on earth and in heaven. One of these returning blessings is the holy Mass which the headmaster offers each month in appreciation for those benefactors who have remembered St. Michael’s Preparatory School in their will.
